Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour or Pillsbury quick bread box
  • 6 tablespoons aquafaba
  • ¾ cup warm milk (skip if using Pillsbury quick bread box)
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast (skip if using Pillsbury quick bread box)
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 green chilies, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ cup dill, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ cup cranberries (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 1 cup water (if using Pillsbury quick bread box)

Directions

  • In a large bowl mix ¾ cup warm milk, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp dry yeast.
  • Add all-purpose flour, salt and rest of the ingredient.
  • Knead to a smooth and soft dough. Add butter and continue to knead the dough. The dough needs to turn non-sticky and yet remain super soft.

  • Line a bread pan and place the dough on the liner. Cover with a moist cloth and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
  • Brush the dough with milk or aquafaba.
  • Preheat oven at 350 F and place the dough in the oven. Bake for 50 minutes or until done.
  • Let it cool and slice accordingly.
